I believe progress begins with safety,
compassion, and learning.
When people have access to
the tools and resources they need,
they can build better lives and communities.

Healthy land provides food, stability, and security for families. In many parts of the world, women play a central role in caring for land, water, and local food systems. Their work nurtures both communities and the environment.
Supporting reforestation, sustainable agriculture, and economic opportunities for women creates meaningful ways to reduce food scarcity.
Simply put, these efforts help women feed their families and open financial pathways to education for themselves and their children.
Adult entertainment encompasses a wide range of professions, including sex work, performance, creative content, kink, and other related roles across the industry. Many people working in these fields face stigma or bias connected to LGBTQ identity, gender fluidity, and other alternative communities and forms of expression.
Improving safety, expanding access to financial services, and allowing individuals to operate legitimate businesses helps create more secure working conditions.
Decriminalizing and avoiding unnecessary over-regulation can reduce stigma and allow resources to focus where they matter most—protecting children through strong age verification, preventing sexual assault, holding perpetrators accountable, and ending human trafficking.
Access to healthcare should never determine who gets to see the world clearly.
Millions of people worldwide live with avoidable blindness simply because they lack access to basic eye care. Women account for roughly 55% of the world’s visually impaired population and often face greater barriers to receiving treatment.
The Fred Hollows Foundation works to restore sight through surgeries and treatments while also training local healthcare providers so communities can sustain eye health for generations.
Restoring vision allows people to work, care for their families, pursue education, and participate more fully in their communities. In professions where awareness and personal autonomy are essential—including adult and sex work—access to clear sight can also play an important role in safety and independence.
